  19. Deli case at 50F. Items within temped at 41,45, 46F. Items within removed to walk-in refrigerator. Do not use unit until maintaining 41F or below.
  A follow-up will occur to ensure unit maintains 41F or below temperature. Call when repaired. Marci 215-784-5502
  41. Ice scream scoops stored in water. Dipper well not working. Repair. In meantime store scoops in freezer or in sanitizer
  42. Personal items stored on shelf above clean dishes by dishmachine. Store seperate.

  Complaint # 2007020081. Campylobacter patient reported to health department. Patient ate omlette at facility during incubation period.
