  8.-Hand sink in backroom lacking paper towles . -Corrected
  11,20,&31.- Two out of three bain marie coolers in defrost mode during inspection. One temping at 50F and the other temping at 49F Temperature of foods
  ranging from 47-53 F. A list of the voluntary discarded food items were provided. These foods are unsafe under these conditions.
  39.- Wet cloths on counters not stored in sanitized solutions prep area kitchen.
  45.- Several heavy stained cutting boards in kitchen. -Replace
  50.- Mop stored in bucket with dirty water while not in use.
  53.- Missing ceiling tile in backroom of kitchen, also several stained ceiling tiles throughout kitchen.
  31.- Do not use bain marie coolers until written permission is given from MCHD. Fax work order stating both units are temping at 41F or below.
