  2. Facility failed to post required MCHD signage "inspections available upon request" after documentation on previous inspection report.
  EHS supplied one sign. COS.
  21. Facility with expired half gallon of milk for retail sale. Facility voluntarily discarded one half gallon of Lehigh Valley Whole Milk. COS.
  37. Open packages of food items stored in bottom portion of cold well without proper lock/ barrier from customer access. These doors must be locked
  or only sealed packaged foods may be stored in this unit. Items removed. COS.
  42. Clean utensils stored underneath basin of ware wash room hand sink. Hand sink air gapped and some splashing onto utensils occurring.
  Removed. COS.
  45. Facility lacking Quc test strips at 3 compartment dish sink.
  45. R> Duct tape wrapped around Exterior of plastic creamer cold wells at coffee bar area. Tape must be removed immediately.
  47. Plastic beverage holder racks in retail beverage refrig with excessive mold accumulation. Must be cleaned and sanitized.
  Failure to correct repeat violations may lead to legal actions.
