OBSERVATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

  Purpose for follow up inspection is to ensure that hand sink in seafood area has been repaired and is in proper working condition.
  Upon inspection EHS observed that hand sink has been repaired and is proper working condition with hot and cold running water at adequate pressure.
  47. R> Excessive dust accumulation on fan guards in several walk in refrig units and in meat and produce prep rooms.
  47. R> Mold like accumulation on honey comb filters in products retail refrig aisle.
  8. R> Hand soap/paper towels lacking at several hand washing stations throughout facility. Items blocking hand sink in produce prep room.
  33. Facility thawing raw meat at room temperature in meat prep room. Temperature of meat room not sufficient for defrosting food products.
  Product will still frozen, facility placed meats in walk in meat refrig. COS.
  54. R> Light shields lacking on bulbs in meat display case.
  14. R> Mold like growth on interior of ice machine in rear hall and in ice machine in produce prep room.
  45. R> Door gasket torn/damaged on walk deli walk in refrig door.

  A follow up inspection will occur to ensure in fixed and in proper working condition.
