OBSERVATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

  1-Current food license has expired as of 5/31/2015. Applied for license renewal. Obtain and post in public view.
  37-Bag of bean stored on the floor-corrected.
  53(3R)-Missing cove base in front of ice machine and handsink area. Failure to comply by next routine inspection will lead
  to further enforcement action and issuance of citation.
  (R)-Damaged and missing floor tiles at scattered location in food prep/warewashing and storage areas.
  -Old Pos electronic hardwares stored on the floor near the office and interferes with cleaning of floor.
  52-Damaged exterior dumpster lid and does not close tight.
  54-Ceiling fluorescent lights not shielded or shatter resistant in prep area.
  -One of light shield not secured to the ceiling.
  -Excess grease/soot accumulation on the exhaust hood filters. Will be referred to Montgomery Township Fire Marshal.
  Establishment plans to renovate in near future. If the renovation is minor and cosmetic in nature, written scope of work
  is required to be submitted prior to the renovation. If establishment plans to be open during the renovation, containment
  information to minimize dust and debris contamination is also required. Submit to; Montgomery County Health Dept,
  102 York Road Willow Grove, PA 19040, 215 784 5415.
  Note: Inspection conducted upon receiving confirmed illness complaint. Discussed with person-in-charge on proper
   handwashing, glove use on ready-to-eat foods, exclusion of ill employees, and prevention of contamination during food storage and handling.
