  46- Leak observed at pipe under washing basin of 3-compartment sink. Catching basin was placed under pipe and
  overflowing. Fax service order/labor invoice by next business day stating that 3-compartment sink is in good

  47- (R) Mold-like growth on door gasket of walk-in refrigerator.
  47- Some filters missing under the hood for the grill area. Filters were being cleaned at time of inspection.
  53- Floor tiles missing between stove and prep cooler at cook's line.
  53- (2xR) Some cove base tiles missing/damaged behind and across from ice machine and under hand sink
  (near cleaning supplies shelving).
  54- Cracked ceiling light shield near ice machine.
