  47: R: Grease-like and dust-like build-up on hood and hood filters, drippage along right side of hoods.
  Manager stated it recently started dripping. EHS shall relay drippage to local fire marshal.
  47: Food-like residue on handles of equipment/sinks and on inside of Bain Maries. Clean and sanitize.
  53: Floors, walls and ceilings in facility with grease-like splatter, yellowish staining and food-like debris build-up.
