OBSERVATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
  Item No.                                                 Violations cited in this report must be corrected within the time frames below.
  Purpose of inspection was MCHD was contacted about rotten produce purchased from facility.
  At the time of inspection, a few mangoes were observed to be rotten. Facility voluntarily discarded mangoes. All other produce on site was in
  good condition and unadulterated.
  EHS reviewed store's policy on damaged and unsafe food items.
  At time of inspection hot water observed reaching a maximum of only 85 degrees F at all 3 basin and hand sinks.
  -Facility voluntarily discontinued all food handling and utensil washing and closed all food prep areas.
  -Facility was required to discard all prepared food items that were prepared and packaged today 1/27/14.
  -Facility has MCHD permission to sell prepackaged food items only.
  -All separately licensed food court facilities had hot water at time of inspection.
  At time of inspection, facility was observed having a specialty food stand without MCHD license or following MCPHC.
  Speciality stand may not operate until granted written permission from MCHD.
  MCHD observed the following:
  -Food containers stored on the floor.
  -Food containers stored at room temperature.
  -No immediate hand washing facility available.
  -Food items for packaging not protected from consumers
  -Hair restraints lacking for food handlers.
  -Stand voluntarily closed down at time of inspection.
  -Please fax invoice for food supply to 215-784-5524 Attn: Jennifer Beagle.
  If hot water is restored after normal operating hours, facility must contact MCHD 215-784-5415 to activate on call system.
  If hot water is not restored within 24 hours, MCHD will conduct a follow-up inspection. Failure to restore hot water within 24 hours may lead to
  closure of whole facility.
  Facility may not prepare or handle any open food or food contact items without written permission from MCHD.
  -Tofu department may require separate MCHD license. MCHD will follow-up on issue.
