  8.- (R) Hand sink signage missing at hand sink stations.
  31.- Food prep cooler in backroom temping at 50 Degrees F. All potentially hazardous foods have been moved which were temping at 47 degrees F to a working cooler
  MCHD allowed facility to store ketchup and whole produce in unit. Unit must be repaired properly by a professional fax invoice to attention Lamar Smith 215-784-5524
  Invoice must state that unit is temping at 41 degrees F or below.
  34.- (R) Thermometer is damaged inside of front food prep unit. Thermometer damamged inside of chest freezer holding ice cream.
  41.- (R) Tong stored on outside of pickle barrel.
  45.- (3R) Paint chipping on the floor in the walk in cooler.
