| EHS responding to power outage at facility. At time of inspection, facility had doors locked, was not selling or prepping any food. |
| All open-air coolers were being adequately contained. |
| Any food above 46F for more than four hours must be voluntarily discarded and denatured. |
| Facility may not prepare or sell any food until power and hot water are fully restored, and not without written permission from MCHD. |
| Call 610-970-5040 for re-opening once power and hot water are restored. |
| ADDENDUM: Power restored at time of inspection. Facility may open and operate as per normal. Facility had hot water at time of inspection. |
