OBSERVATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

  A follow-up inspection at this facility was conducted by William Rogers EHS II for having table and chairs with no public rest room violation.
  At the time of the inspection, The facility had 2 tables with 8 chairs in their lobby for dining purposes. This facility is a " B " type license
  which is take out service only. The facility has no public rest rooms to support table and chairs for dining.
  This violation has been noted on at least 7 previous inspection reports. These Tables and chairs must be removed immd.
  Will discuss this facility with a supervisor on possible actions department can take within the accordance of the law.
  Hot water was checked at the time of the inspection
  The facility had the means to sanitize at the time of the inspection
