  19: Facility food warmer on front line operating at proper warming temperature at time of inspection. MCHD temped unit at 190F. Facility
  granted permission to resume use of unit. Ensure foods requiring hot holding are maintained at or above 135F.
  47: 3R: Slight grease-like build-up on exhaust hood filters over front service area. Clean and sanitize immediately.
  Note: All other previously noted violations have been corrected. Maintain compliance.
  Facility provided proof of completed CFSM reciprocity application. Facility stated they are mailing out today to MCHD.
