OBSERVATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS

  An opening inspection was conducted at the above-mentioned facility.
  At the time of the inspection, the following was observed:
  42: Ice cream toppings storage unit stored on other side of serving counter. Corrected. Foods stored at serving counter must be protected by
  a sneeze guard.
  49: Kitchen and serving line hand sink sensors are set to run less than 15 seconds. Replace/repair.
  Facility has permission to open and operate contingent upon all other necessary approvals.
  Clean and sanitize all food contact equipment and surfaces prior to use.
