  11: 1 half gallon Rosenberger's fat free milk past dated 11/25/12. Facility voluntarily discarded. COS.
  14: Mold-like growth on ice dispenser at soda fountain machine.
  37: Food boxes stored directly on floor in walk-in freezer.
  39: Wet wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer.
  46: Sponges in use at 3 bay sink. (R)
  48: No hot water available at time of inspection. Water temped at 90 degrees F at both hand sinks and 3 bay sink. Facility voluntarily closed
  doors and discontinued food preparation. By the end of inspection, hot water temped at 129 degrees F at all hand sinks, 3 bay sink, and public
  restroom hand sinks. Facility has MCHD permission to re-open and operate. COS.
