  submerged up to the height of the food in the pan. COS
  31: Lid to bain marie left open, temperatures of products inside ranged from 40 to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep closed when not in use. COS
  37: Employee used cook's line hand sink to rinse hard-boiled egg. Sinks must only be used for their designated purposes.
  41: Handle of scoop in sugar touching product. Facility corrected. COS
  45: Motor cover lacking on ice machine. Enclose immediately.(Rx3)
