| EHS responded to a call that above-mentioned facility's sprinkler system discharged in the walk-in cooler. |
| At the time of inspection, the following was observed: |
| Facility had full power and hot water |
| Employees were actively taking an inventory of all foods in walk-in cooler and discarding/denaturing each item. |
| Facility must remain closed until all foods in walk-in cooler are discarded/denatured, walk-in cooler is cleaned & sanitized, unit maintains |
| a temperature of 41 degrees F, and permission is granted to open and operate by MCHD and the Upper Providence Fire |
| Marshal. |
| At this time, facility does not have permission to open and operate. Contact MCHD after 4:30 pm by dialing 610-278-5117 and follow prompts for |
| the emergency after-hours dispatcher. |
| Facility must provide MCHD with a detailed inventory of all discarded/denatured foods to the address or fax number listed on this report. |
