  reciprocity application to MCHD within 5 business days. Failure to do so will result in legal action.
  14: Portable cutting boards have deep grooves. Resurface or replace.
  14: Mold-like growth observed inside of ice machine. (R) Clean and sanitize.
  26: Chemical spray bottle hanging from shelf storing food. COS.
  37: Boxes on floor in dry storage areas. Store at least 6" off of floor.
