OBSERVATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
  Item No.                                                 Violations cited in this report must be corrected within the time frames below.
  Facility had a small fire and smoke in kitchen. Contained to the kitchen area. No visual damage to the floor, walls & ceiling.
  Facility is close and must remain closed until written permission is given by MCHD Failure to comply may lead to legal action.
  Facility has a strong smoke odor.

  Facility must wash/rinse/sanitize all equipment & utensils in the 3 basin sink until further notice ( Termac on site)
  Facility must discard all products in both bain marie and all open product in two reachin cold units in the kitchen
  An inventory of all food items discarded must be submitt to the health dept as soon as possible Fax Number 610-278-5167
  All surfaces and equipment must be clean & sanitize.

  Part of the facility basement is unfinish and does not meet MCPHC.
  Facility can only storage commerically seal food items in the unfinished basement area
  All open food products must be removed from the unfinished basenent area to the approve food storage area
  Facility can not prepare food in the finish area of the basement, area was not approve by MCHD for food prep
  The facility can go through plan revi
  If faciity failure open inspection. Facility must pay in advance the re-inspection fee.
  Facility must submit $133.00 check or money order to MCHD prior to each additional re-inspection
