  11: 1 gal. Rosenberger whole milk dated 6/6/11. Voluntarily discarded by bartender.
  14: Mold-like growth in ice machine. Clean and sanitize according to manufacturer's instructions.
  Debris build-up on can opener. Clean and sanitize.
  20: Onions and relish just placed out for hot dogs uncovered and to be stored without cooling element. Corrected.
  34: Provide visible & accurate thermometers in bain marie and bar cooler.
  35: Condiment container lacking label. Corrected.
  37: Hot dogs uncovered on roller. Corrected.
  41: Ice scoop in box of moist towelettes. Remove, clean and sanitize prior to next use.
