  53.- (R) Ceiling tiles missing above ice machine.- Reinstall weather stopping lashing at the bottom of the backdoor.
  54.- One door reach in freezer at end of cook's line with heavy dirt build up and broken fan guards, same unit light but not working
  and light shield lacking. Light shield lacking, in walk in cooler.
