  53.(R) Open air spaces at base of far wall in loading area of warehouse
  54. (R) Light shield lacking in meat dept walls in cooler.
  1. Person in charge did not report that facility has been lacking hot water since 12/4/09. Facility has voluntarily closed all operation
  including preparation and retail sales.
  Facility has stated that it has been utilizing food court's hot water for food preparation, hand washing and utensil and food equipment cleaning.
  No food was discarded at time of inspection.
  Licensee instructed to contact MCHD when hot water is restored at all sinks with temperature of 110F at three basin sink and
  100F at all other sinks.
  Prior to opening all food contact equipment must be cleaned and sanitized.
  Facility may not open and operate until given written permission by MCHD.
