All of the Education and Workforce Partnership initiatives are designed to equip educators, parents and businesses with the necessary knowledge to implement successful education and workforce activities for the benefit of all students.

The Educator in the Workplace initiative helps the teachers adjust their curriculum so it is in tune with employer?s needs. Teachers are more armed with information to help them prepare our youth for success in the work world which is changing at revolutionary, not evolutionary speed.

Our Educator-in-the-Workplace program has placed 250 teachers in 220 business sites throughout the County. This represents over 250 lesson plans that integrate their experiences for career development in classrooms at every grade level.
