Perkiomen Valley High School Perkiomen Valley High School is a 4 year comprehensive high school with a population of 1417 students in the 2005-2006 school year. The high school celebrates a rich tradition and strong sense of community while welcoming a rapidly growing and changing population.
The Philadelphia Inquirer's 2006-07 Report Card on the Schools issue listed Perkiomen Valley School District as the district with the second largest enrollment increase in the eight-county Philadelphia area during the past decade. Enrollment in the eight-county area grew 8 percent, while in the PVSD, enrollment grew 59%!
The high school strives to create an environment conducive to teaching and learning. The staff cares about the “whole student” and understands the necessity to personalize instruction. PVHS is dedicated to creating a safe learning environment that utilizes resources to challenge and encourage all students to reach their highest potentional. Students are provided with educational opportunities preparing them to contribute to, and be successful in the world community.
